Our experienced Family Law team appear in the Courts of Jersey at all levels with regard to Family Law matters, including separation, divorce and ancillary (financial) relief.

As well as acting in private law children matters, we also represent parents in public law children (care) proceedings, together with contested relocation proceedings (including Hague Convention matters). An important part of our advice to clients is that they attempt to resolve matters through ADR and mediation in all its forms.
